We are an American company using an American network. Customer service is available 24/7 all year long. We monitor all public channels for abuse and network quality. We take complaints of abuse by users or network quality in private conversations. This is an encrypted network to be sure your private conversations stay private. The open channels are English only. We will be adding new language channels in the future, But remember you can make your own group and use any language you like there or in private. English only is for channels that are open for all users.
